COMMERCIAL/INSTITUTIONAL:  Experience ranging from Libraries, Museums and K-12 Schools to Japanese Restaurants and Beer Distribution Centers.  Recent Health Care work features both Licensed Treatment and Skilled Nursing Facilities.

PUBLIC HOUSING:  Nearly 350 distinct projects for over 60 public housing agencies.  Commissions involve modernization, new construction and adaptive reuse; as well as individual systems/component replacements, Comprehensive Needs Assessments and Hope VI Master Planning.
